Welcome to Elmasu Properties, we are based in Old Colwyn in North Wales. Our aim is to provide you with the best advertising service on the web to be able to advertise your property for sale or rental without the need for estate agent's, therefore you will not have the high fees that estate agent's charge and you have the freedom to be able to advertise your property privately.

We have a set fee, this does not vary depending on property value as is the case with a lot of advertising companies.

All we require are the details and photographs of the property that you wish to sell or rent, we do not need to call at your property as you can email us the information at enquiries@elmasu.co.uk and once we have received all relevant information and payment then your property will be online within a few days. If you would like us to call at your property then we will be able to set up a meeting at your convenience monday to friday 10am to 8pm, we will also should you wish take the photos of your property.

One off fee of £50 (no other hidden charges)
